Jeffrey M. Ginsberg has been an attorney since July 2004. In his eighteen years of practice, he has been a generalist and written hundreds of motions and briefs and pleadings for other attorneys. He has written briefs submitted to the 9th Circuit, the California Supreme Court, and the United States Supreme Court. As an independent contractor, he has done work for attorneys throughout the state of California in civil and criminal law. He graduated from Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco and received awards in the course Sexual Orientation and the Law for a paper on refugee asylum law. He did a judicial externship with the Honorable Judge James Ware of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. Prior to law school, he was a Math teacher for thirteen years at independent schools in Marin County, primarily teaching middle school students. He has been a resident of the Coachella Valley since 2013 and is enthusiastic to be affiliated now with Bochnewich Law Offices practicing probate law.
